Transfer orders
It may be necessary for an involuntary patient to be transferred from one approved hospital to another approved hospital. If the patient does not wish to be transferred then they can apply to the Tribunal for a review of the decision to transfer.
If, for some reason a patient would like to be transferred, but the hospital refuses, then the patient can also apply for a review of the decision not to transfer.
